As an eligible hospital, you have an elective right for SSI Recalculation. On your behalf, we will:

1. Request, process, and analyze the underlying data in the SSI Percentages.

2. Provide a Preliminary Analysis Summary Report showing the potential estimated impact for each of the cost reporting periods.

3. Submit request(s) for SSI Redetermination for the favorable cost reporting year(s).

4. Communicate with the MAC to confirm the SSI Redetermination and its subsequent proposed adjustment(s).
